Mark Abramson :: Associate Director

Mark has over ten years experience within all facets involved in the office transition, design and construction industry.

Mark’s role as the project executive starts from day one and follows right through to project completion. Mark assists to manage protocol and procedures internally within Concept Office Interiors as well as overseeing the operations of the project team during the project’s design and construction phases.

Mark’s role is to ensure that Concept Office Interiors clients’ overall requirements are facilitated effectively, efficiently and interpreted coherently throughout the entire process. He achieves this by liaising frequently with all stakeholders involved (external and internal). Mark’s continually assesses the critical path and/ or unforeseen complexities that may arise throughout the duration of the project to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.

Tim McBain :: Business Development Manager

Tim has 8 years experience within the property sector and a strong understanding of the complexities of the property market. One of Tim’s role is to ensure that the initial consultation through to the project’s completion is finalised with ease, resulting in an outcome that satisfies his clients.
Tim preferences face to face meetings over remote meetings in order to manage his client’s expectations and to guarantee every client’s need is reached. This ensures that each project completed exceeds his client’s requirements and expectations.

With every project he undertakes, it is completed with diligence, professionalism and pride.

Simon Dick :: Business Development Manager

Simon has a combined 12 years of property experience starting his career
in residential leasing before moving into office leasing at CBRE
followed by JLL.

Simon’s role at Concept Office Interiors is to manage clients in a
manner that makes them feel confident that all aspects of the fitout
process will be handled professionally, efficiently and of high quality.
He will be involved in the entire process from the initial meeting
through to the completion of the fitout.

Paul Williamson :: Senior Project Manager

Paul has a range of experience from managing multi-million dollar data centres, university chemical labs, medical clinics, office refurbishments and multi level fit outs both in Melbourne and London. With a Bachelor and a Masters of Architecture, Paul has a range of experience designing as well as managing large and small scale projects. Key areas of focus  include completing the project on time, on budget with zero defects whilst maintaining a safe working environment and meeting the Core Client Importance (CCI).

Susan has been a professional Interior Designer for over 14 years working in both Sydney and Melbourne.
With vast experience in Workspace Design along with Base Building upgrades she has also worked extensively in other design sectors such as Retail, Education Design, Hospitality, Residential and Health Care.

Emilio Zarro :: Senior Interior Designer

As a practicing Interior Designer for 20+ years, Emilio’s folio encompasses the design of many significant projects throughout Asia Pacific in the hospitality, workplace / commercial, residential and retail sectors.
Graduating from RMIT University with a Industrial design degree he progressed to the interior design field were he has experience in all aspects of a project from inception, through delivery and post-occupancy provides an invaluable loop in knowledge and communication with stakeholders.

Maria has been in the industry for more than 10 years. Working on Projects in the Philippines, Singapore, China and Melbourne. She has been involved in designing project types such as Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Residential, Health Care and Hospitality. strong skill in conceptual ideas, spatial awareness, and presentation graphics.

David O'Keeffe :: Interior Designer / Interior Documenter

David has been a professional Designer for over 11 years working both Locally in Melbourne and Internationally in both London and Dublin, with extensive experience in workplace, commercial and residential design.
He has worked in all stages of design from initial concept phase, production of presentation visuals to documentation and construction detailing.
David is passionate about design and loves meeting clients, translating their brief from a simple conversation into a detailed design and finally a fully realised stylish work environment, which answers the client’s requirements in every way.
He has worked on a huge verity of projects ranging from renovations to the Iconic Grade II listed Centre Point building on New Oxford Street in London, to the conversion of a former Thames oil barge into four apartments.

Nick van Lierop :: Interior Designer

Nick has been Architecturally trained at RMIT, He has 4 years experience in the area of Interior Design. Having had an extensive education in various fields of design, He has a passion for the various features of them; Including Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning and historical research. He strives to bring these skills to designs when appropriate and is constantly endeavouring to find alternative views, processes and greater understanding of each facets of these elements.
Nick is well versed in all stages of the design process as well as having experience in company imagery and branding. Having worked on many high end commercial projects including work for QIC and QPAC, Nick understands the need for individuality and a quality finish for projects in order for them to respond appropriately to a client’s needs and professional branding.
