The client’s requirements included a main Reception desk with Servery in smooth white dynamic angled edges. Behind Reception to create a garden wall, realistic fake plants feature in cut outs and weave in and out of storage boxes to give Reception division and privacy. A small but adequate Waiting Area with Scandinavian look furniture and the Latin Pine timber look vinyl flooring give it a splash of colour but calming with warm tones. Feature lighting strategically placed over joinery and furniture items have been designated for both Reception and Waiting Area.
The Boardroom and Meeting Rooms are framed in charcoal powdercoat with corporate branding frosted graphic panels. Meeting Spaces all have Natural Zebrano timber look laminate with classic timeless furniture. The Boardroom has feature lighting to dress up and define the table. Additional banquette flip up seating is located on the side if needed for extra capacity during large meetings.
Open Plan Workstations are neutral accompanied by adequate storage facilities with real foliage on the corridors to add greenery and balanced with an informal meeting area with writable tables. Offices are also framed in charcoal powdercoat with neutral coloured furniture with hints of colour in the visitors chairs.
A large Breakout area has a multifunctional purpose for presentations, breakout space, informal meeting and yoga classes. The area is defined with large bold shapes carpet flooring. We incorporated a mixture of different flexible seating applications to suit all purposes with patterned fabric, alternating coloured and timber look loose furniture. Feature Pendants are centrally located above the lounge area and the largest round table setting so as to not block full view of the TV. Following the building curve perimeter is banquette seating which flips up to create extra storage if required. The Kitchen has earthy tones of Latin Pine, Blackened Linewood timber look laminate with Natural Zebrano edging and a green splashback. Linking the Kitchen and Breakout space is a feature wall depicting a tree landscape to visually display a relaxing getaway environment.
